Ingredients

2 ripe yellow peaches peeled and diced

1 tsp lemon juice

3 tbsp sugar syrup

½ cup ice

½ bottle Prosecco

Mix it

Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz!

Ingredients

15ml Cassis

100ml Prosecco

30ml Pinot Noir Gin

Soda water

Lime wedges

Mix it

Fill a tumbler with ice and add Cassis, Prosecco, gin and a splash of soda. Stir to taste and garnish with a lime wedge

Serves 1

Hot tip: Give your lime wedge a slight squeeze before placing it on the rim of the glass. This will release some of the lime’s aromatic oils and enhance the drink’s flavour and aroma

Berry Sexy Martini

When it comes to seduction, the Berry Sexy Martini knows how to play its cards right. Sip on the flirtatious combination of raspberry, mint, vodka, and Prosecco Rosé and let the sparks fly

Ingredients

15ml sugar syrup

30ml fresh lime juice (apx 1 lime)

3 raspberries

5 sprigs mint

45ml vodka (we used Haku)

60ml Prosecco Rosé

Mix it

Fill your shaker with ice, add lime juice, sugar syrup, raspberries, mint and vodka. Shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with mint across the glass and a raspberry

Hot tip: Don’t let a lack of raspberries ruin your berrylicious dreams. If raspberries are out of stock or out of season, try mixing it up with any berry you can get your hands on, and create a berry delicious concoction that’s uniquely yours

Ingredients

1 cup sliced pineapple

75ml Malibu

60 ml coconut cream/milk

¼ lime squeezed

Grated zest of ½ lime

150ml Prosecco

Mix it

Throw all your ingredients in a blender and blitz. Pour over a tall glass with ice

Ingredients

¾ cup strawberries

15ml rosewater

Prosecco Rosé

Wedge of lime squeezed

4 sprigs mint

30ml Vodka

Mix it

Fill your shaker with strawberries and muddle. Add rosewater, vodka, mint and lime. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a Martini glass and top with Prosecco Rosé

Hot tip: Give the mint a gentle clap in your hands before adding it to your drink. This releases the herb’s aromatic oils and makes it more fragrant

Ingredients (Cocktail Glass)

30ml tequila

60ml lime juice

15ml Cointreau

15ml sugar syrup

120ml Prosecco

Mix it

Add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau and sugar syrup to your shaker. Fill a glass with ice, strain cocktail over ice and top with Prosecco

Serves 1

Ingredients (Jug)

1 bottle Prosecco

180ml tequila

Juice from 6 limes

90ml Cointreau

90ml sugar syrup

Fill a jug with ice, add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau and sugar syrup and stir well. Pour over Prosecco and serve with salt-rimmed glasses

Hot tip: Take your taste buds on a wild ride by adding jalapeño to your mix. Because sometimes, you just need a little spicy kick to make your beach day sizzle. Beware – proceed with caution and start with a little bit at a time!!

30ml Frangelico

15ml Cointreau

1/2 lime

100ml Prosecco

Mix it

Pour all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with Kaffir Lime Leaf

Fill a mule glass with ice and add dry gin and ginger ale. Top with Prosecco and add a squeeze of fresh lime
